Some of our best memories and learning experiences as a family have been while traveling.
Little Guatemala is offering a unique opportunity for your children to “travel” this summer without even leaving Morganton. Each Monday for 3 hours, we will meet on the soccer field at Little Guatemala to present the very specific geographical and cultural information about one of the states (called departments) in Guatemala. Through games, songs, stories, Spanish, visits from neighbors, food, crafts, and more, the kids will get a deeper sense of what Guatemala is really like!
Ages: Elementary School (5-10 years old)
Days: Every Monday this summer (except July 3)
Time: 9:00am-12:00pm
Cost: $25/session or $200 for the whole summer
